Dear de luxe festival visitor,

This email contains additional information you will need to make optimum use of the

Arrow Rock Ticket de Luxe at the Arrow Rock Festival, Sunday 15 June 2008 in the

Goffertpark in Nijmegen.

The following subjects will be discussed, regarding the Arrow Rock Ticket de Luxe:

· Itinerary and parking;

· Ticket control;

Itinerary and parking

The special de Luxe parking lot (see yellow flag at the attached map) is at walking

distance from the special de Luxe entrance. In order to steer clear from the busy stream

of regular visitors, we have set out a special de Luxe route. We therefore advise you not

to use your navigator in the Nijmegen area, but use this itinerary and follow the signs.

When you approach Nijmegen from the A73, A15 or A50, follow the route via the A73;

on the A73 take exit 2 (‘afrit 2’) direction Nijmegen-Dukenburg, continue on the Van

Boetberglaan, that becomes the Hatertseweg later on. From there on, follow the signs

P de Luxe.

When you approach Nijmegen from the A325, follow the route from the Waalbrug,

following the signs Festival, by way of the Oranjesingel, St. Annastraat,

Hatertseweg. From there on, follow the signs P de Luxe.

This email message includes a P de luxe logo. Once you have arrived at the parking lot,

you have to show this logo, together with your ticket. Only this combination allows you

to enter the special parking lot.

Of course, you can also come to the festival using public transportation, we even advise

you to do so! For further information about public transportation, please go to our web

Ticket control

After you have parked your car or have arrived by bus from the train station, you follow

the signs for the pedestrian route: ‘Festival’. The separate entrance for the Arrow Rock

Ticket de Luxe is to the right of the regular entrance in a tent that is marked ‘Ticket de

Luxe’. This is where your ticket is checked and you will receive both your wristband and a

voucher for your exclusive Arrow Rock de Luxe T-shirt. We will also point out to you the

whereabouts of the Arrow Rock de Luxe Deck. The entrance is open as of 11.30 a.m.

Wristband

Your wristband guarantees your entrance to the front section right in front of the Rock

Garden Stage. We have also allowed for a separate entrance and exit, where we will use

a scanner to check your special Chip wristband. Please make sure you always use this

separate entrance and exit, and not the regular ones; we need to know how much space

we have to reserve for your and the other de Luxe visitors.

This is the only way we can guarantee your entrance!!!

Catering

There is a bar at the Arrow Rock de Luxe Deck, where you can pick your free drinks, the

bar has the same variety of drinks as elsewhere on the festival grounds. As we stated

before, food is not available at the deck, but it can be bought at other places on the

festival grounds. Please note that special tokens will have to be used to pay for your

food. They can be bought everywhere at special booths, but for your de Luxe

convenience we have placed a token machine on the deck. The bar is open from 11.30

a.m. until 15 minutes after the final concert.

Arrow Rock de Luxe T-shirt

Especially for our Arrow Rock Ticket de Luxe visitors, we have designed a unique T-shirt.

You can pick up your T-shirt at the Arrow Rock de Luxe Deck. When you hand in the

voucher you have received at the entrance, you will receive this T-shirt.

Tip: Only collect this T-shirt until later in the day to prevent losing it!

Schedule

The festival grounds will be open to the public from 11.30 a.m., the programme starts at
